Order Cancellation Policy

At Velorath, we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. We are happy to accommodate cancellation requests when possible.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

After this cancellation window, we may be unable to cancel the order because processing and fulfillment may have already begun.

Cancellation Fee

If you request a cancellation after the cancellation window has passed but before the order has shipped, a 10% cancellation/processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers payment processing, order processing, administrative costs, and other expenses associated with preparing and canceling an order.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the item is eligible for a return, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exceptions

If Velorath cancels an order because an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to fulfill the order, you will receive a full refund and no cancellation fee will apply.
